The re-imagined Battlestar Galactica starts up again on October 6th. Unlike its campy predecessor from twenty-five years ago, the new BSG is a more “realistic,” nitty-gritty epic about humanity attempting to survive a holocaust. Rent the mini-series and it will pull you into wanting to watch the show. The character development is excellent, the special effects are top-notch and the acting is definitely believable. Characters are flawed; there are no super heroes. Everyone is human…or are they?
