Justin pointed me to this really great site on nutrition and exercise. Very Web 2.0 and really really cool. I haven’t gotten to dig too deep into it yet, but I started tracking my nutrition goals through it.

I have also tried SparkPeople and loved it. They have great suggestions for exercises that are easy to do in your own home with things around the house, great for a single mom like me! My high risk pregnancy is keeping me from the diet and exercise program that I would like, but the recipes are still in use at my house. Get some friends from work to join with you! Its a great way to keep track of your nutritional intake. We all need to be more cognizant of what we put in our bodies. This is the only one you get!!
