Last night I was talking to Emma on the telephone. She was explaining to me all about the toys and cake she had for her birthday. Here’s a really funny snippet of our conversation.
Me: “You know, when you come to daddy’s house we’ll have another party for you for your birthday…”
Emma: “I’ll be six?!?!?” — in her innocent and gleeful tone.
Totally awesome. So funny and cute I almost cried.
