Pulled out the ole’ gym equipment from the garage and setup a makeshift, no frills, hot iron-pumpin’ buffet. I’ve got two weight benches that do incline and decline, as well as one is made for doing the bench-presses. I’ve probably got about 150 lbs in barbell weight and another 50 in dumb bells.

I decided that I’d start off with some Romanian Deadlifts, followed up with some Bent-Over barbell rows. I was really hammering on my quads (thighs) and didn’t realize it. I loaded up 120 lbs on the barbell, raised it overhead and proceeded to do some squats, which almost killed me. I did two sets and then decided I would switch off to some ‘easier’ lunges. Wrong! After a single set I could barely stand.
A few minutes ago I was walking Emma back up to her room before bed and I could barely get my legs to straighten. Tomorrow is going to be a bit painful!
