This weekends Huskers game versus Ball State will be on FSN Pay-Per-view. Kickoff is at 11:37 AM CDT from Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.
Why pay-per-view? None of the networks selected it for over-the-air telecast or cable. Certain cable and satellite providers will provide the game on a pay-per-view basis.
So far the Huskers are 2-1 following their loss to USC last Saturday. We/they are now ranked 24th in the Associated Press Poll and 22nd in the USA Today Coaches poll.
This is the first time that UNL and Ball State have met and the fourth game in UNL history that they are playing a current Mid-American Conference school. Ball State also has a 2-1 record after a loss in their season opener.

People are getting crazy for the super bowl XLII 2008 that will be played in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Team Captain of the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee is the mascot of this great event. Only best team can win the game. The team of the indianapolis colts has proven that they are a team with courage and strength. This time NFL has arranged online voting by the fans so that they can choose the players for their favorite team like kansas city chiefs, buffalo bills Baltimore ravens etc. There are many teams like miami dolphins which owe nfls worst record however they can change the history.

@Pete, Jeff:I’ve heard a cuolpe off-the-record stories from journalists who cover Nebraska. In a nutshell, the job was Pelini’s but he tried to play a little blackmail for more money by saying he had control of the players and if Nebraska didn’t give in, he’d leave and take some of the key players with him. His bluff was called and the offer was revoked.Whether this is the truth, I don’t know. The only thing I can say for sure is that it is pretty telling that he hasn’t been offered a head coaching job anywhere else since – even with a lower-tier school.
