Work is freakishly busy. It’s so busy I had to bring a contractor in to help us get everything done. Lots of late nights are in the future.
It’s great though; to be part of something that is growing and know that what I do every day has a direct impact on the success of my company. Sure, I’m working for someone else, but that’s what I am doing right now and it’s what I like doing. There are so many things going on all at once that I have never had a dull moment in just shy of two years (2 days until my two year mark!)
There’s plenty of work to be done to get everything ready for this holiday season. New equipment, processes, people, product. It feels like almost everything is either in flux or planned for change. It’s exciting, nay, thrilling.
I’ll be living on Amp and Code Red Mt. Dew until Christmas. I bleed caffeine.
