We all know that Omaha is north, but not quite the Great White North. Of all of my siblings I live the furthest north, barring my sister who lives in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. A location, in my opinion, not really fit for humans to inhabit. Way too close to Canada.
Anyways, it’s almost the end of October and the weather sucks. It’s been cold and rainy for the last few days and it’s going to warm up into the mid 50′s and then drop again.
Where the hell did the spring go? It was cold until almost June. The summer rarely saw the 90′s and it started to cool off in the beginning of October. Are there two seasons or are there four?
I swear I need to move back to a more tropical climate. Especially as I look outside at the cold rain falling right now.
